All Lead Teachers hold a Lead Certificate, CDA, or a bachelor’s degree. Teacher Assistants bring over a year of experience in childcare, along with participation in workshops and training programs, as they work toward their Lead Teacher Qualification. Tiny Toes Academy provides financial support for teachers to pursue ongoing education and fulfill the necessary requirements to further enhance their qualifications and experience. Additionally, all teachers and directors are certified in CPR, First Aid, and Universal Precautions, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our staff, families, and children.
