Teacher Assistants have one or more years of experience in childcare, workshops, trainings and working towards their Lead Teacher Qualification.
Tiny Toes Academy will assist teachers financially with ongoing education to complete the necessary requirements to enhance their qualifications and experience.
All teachers and directors are certified in CPR, First Aid and Universal Precautions to promote and enhance a safe and nurturing environment for our staff, families and children.
Our Purpose and Philosophy of Tiny Toes Academy is to offer a safe and nurturing environment for children ages 6 weeks through 13 years.

Tiny Toes Academy also offers services in Mental Health, Health and Speech by having specialists in all three areas come in on a weekly/monthly basis to assist children, teachers and families in the classroom and at home. We also offer three nutritional meals throughout the day. A morning breakfast, lunch, and pm snack.

The curriculum offers support in logical thinking, learning and problem solving and symbolic thinking.

The curriculum supports children's language development and acquisition and communication through listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

The curriculum offers guidance on equipment and materials for large and small motor skill development. It focuses on eye-hand coordination as well as basic locomotor skills.
All Lead Teachers have a Lead Certificate, CDA or bachelor’s degree.
