LARAE
My passion for childcare comes with 22 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, a master’s degree in business, as well as a director certification through the State of Colorado Early Childhood. I worked with Jefferson County Head Start for 13 years and owned and operated my own childcare center for 8 years, prior to opening Tiny Toes Academy. We are a proud military family and I have two adult sons and two grandchildren.
ALI
I have been in childcare for over 20 years. A little over 10 of these years, I have spent Directing. I have worked with every age group. Although preschool and pre-k aged kiddos are my favorite. I am a Colorado native and grew up here in Littleton. I am also a first-time mom to a 3-year-old son and have been married over 10 years. I love gardening, anything outdoors and cooking. Most weekends you can find my family and I at the lake paddleboarding and catching some sun. I also obtain a director certification through the State of Colorado Early Childhood.
KATRINA
I come with 7 years of experience, 2 years at the Goddard school working with infants through preschool, 4 years with Littleton public schools’ preschool program with preschoolers. I hold a director’s certificate through the state of Colorado’s department of Early Childhood. My greatest achievement working in this field is helping to shape little minds, and having kiddos excited about learning.
I am a mom of 4 beautiful kids and a wife to an amazing husband. If you can’t find us at our kids sporting events, we are usually relaxing at home or out camping enjoying family time.
IMYLIA
I have been working in childcare for over four years, with more than two of those years dedicated to working with toddlers—a stage I truly enjoy. During this time, I have earned my Associate’s degree and Director’s Certificate, and I continue to learn and grow in the field every day. Prior to joining TTA, I had no previous childcare experience, but this center and the supportive people within it have played a major role in shaping my passion for early childhood education. I am grateful to be part of a team that encourages learning, growth, and a genuine love for working with children. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active spending time with my favorite people.
