LaRae Bernal

My passion for childcare comes with 22 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, a master’s degree in business, as well as a director certification through the State of Colorado Early Childhood. I worked with Jefferson County Head Start for 13 years and owned and operated my own childcare center for 8 years, prior to opening Tiny Toes Academy. We are a proud military family and I have two adult sons and two grandchildren.

Shantelle Fry

I’ve been in Early Childhood Education for 20 + years. I have been a director for the last 6 years and have loved every minute of it! I am a mother of four and a grandmother of two. Family is everything to me and that included my work family. I have a passion to make a difference in our world and believe that the way to change is to help mold amazing young human beings for their future leadership roles. I have taught ages 6 weeks to 13 years old and I have run centers solo and have been a part of administration boards. I also obtain a director certification through the State of Colorado Early Childhood.

Ali Belger

I have been in childcare for over 20 years. A little over 10 of these years, I have spent Directing. I have worked with every age group. Although preschool and pre-k aged kiddos are my favorite. I am a Colorado native and grew up here in Littleton. I am also a first-time mom to a 3-year-old son and have been married over 10 years. I love gardening, anything outdoors and cooking. Most weekends you can find my family and I at the lake paddleboarding and catching some sun. I also obtain a director certification through the State of Colorado Early Childhood.
